Jessica has a reputation for being an authentic, dedicated, and resourceful HR Executive. Throughout her career, Jessica has had diverse experiences, which have required creative problem-solving resulting in business optimization. She has an extensive background in leadership and operational roles within the Human Resources industry. As Jessica took on more senior level roles in her career, she was frequently sought to help build and grow organizations, departments, and people. Some of Jessica's experience includes both HR Business Partnership through coaching and organization design, as well as operational implementations. These implementations include HR systems and tools, projects, programs, and policies. Most recently, Jessica served as the Global HR Operations Leader at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions, where she was responsible for all HR business processes for the 10,000 person organization. The role was created as part of the 2017 acquisition and integration of GE Water & Process Technologies to SUEZ. Prior to this, she has used her distinctive combination of HR business partnership in a variety of positions for 20+ years. Jessica's years of experience and skills in both business process and strategic partnership has allowed her to experience the full scope of the HR competencies. Jessica received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Delaware and a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Kennedy Western University. She lives with her husband and two children in South Central New Jersey.
