Led by Andres Goyanes, an Authorized Partner of Everything DiSC, Gravitas Intelligence works with clients who seek decision-making support to enhance and transform their organizations. We can work with a small team in marketing and sales, but we can also work with an entire organization with multiple departments across the nation. By leveraging over 25 years of marketing management and communications strategy experience, coupled by specialized and academic training in organizational development. Andres has led teams ranging from 5 to over 100 people in both national and global organizations-granting him the depth of understanding to create synergistic collaboration. Additionally, Andres has served as District Governor for Rotary District 6980 in Central Florida, where he successfully led teams of volunteers and global initiatives. He is also a Past President of American Marketing Association of Central Florida. Andres is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Global Leadership program at Troy University where he actively researches and writes about Transformational and Servant Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Intelligence, Social Intelligence, and related topics. He also holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and an MBA with a concentration in Sustainable Business from Marylhurst University. An avid communicator and educator, Andres is an adjunct professor at Valencia College in Orlando, Florida, and serves as Director of the Rotary Leadership Institute for the Central Florida region. He previously taught Marketing Strategy courses at the University of Phoenix, where he helped develop a course in Change Management and Innovation.
