Jenn provides long-term professional development to school staff that helps create a healthy culture. She incorporates tools from the business world in her work with schools, such as Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, to help school staff realize their amazing potential. Using appreciative inquiry, Jenn collaborates with the school community to focus on what's going well, and how to create more of that. Her approach is customized and collaborative. She does a needs assessment with each school and builds a unique professional development plan for every school based on time and budget constraints. Helping communities recognize their potential and providing them with the skills to help them grow is her passion. Dr. Jenn Moore, former principal, teacher and coach, is thrilled that her career has led her to provide professional development to educators who work at all levels, birth through graduate school. She is National Board and TEFL certified, and loves learning new things. Jenn believes that educators want to make schools wonderful places to be for both adults and youth, and is committed to helping make that a reality. Working with schools both in the United States and China, Dr. Moore has supported the organizational health of school communities through consulting and professional development. As a serious education nerd, Jenn holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Change from Pepperdine and Masters from DePaul and Lesley University. Her professional priority is the well-being of both children and adults in school communities.
