She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education and a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling. Earlena is a certified MBTI and DISC facilitator . Lena is a international, training professional and a frequently requested speaker throughout South Carolina. Earlena taught Special Education for behavior disorder adolescents for 15 years in public schools and residential programs. She also worked as an HIV Addictions Counselor, Sales Manager, College Advisor, and Corporate Sales Trainer. Earlena's eclectic background in education, psychology, and leadership provides a wealth of expertise in personal and professional relationships. She has the ability to engage, motivate and empower individuals to make positive, lifelong changes.
